No worries all materials, training plans, and nutrition guidance can be provided in Finnish to make your experience easier and more comfortable.
How fast will I see results?
Most clients start feeling better in 2–4 weeks. Visible fat loss depends on consistency but we focus on sustainable, healthy progress.
What if I’ve tried other diets or programs and failed?
You’re not alone. This program is different because it’s built around you. We focus on support, flexibility, and progress you can maintain.
Will I need to count calories?
Only if it helps you. I’ll teach you simple, mindful nutrition tools that reduce stress not add to it.
Payment: The payments are made through Paypal
- If you choose a payment plan: The Subscriber can cancel the subscription at any time. Once canceled, we’ll notify you right away and the subscriber won’t be charged further. Payments are made at the beginning of the billing cycle.
No refund policy:
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available to clients who have purchased our services but are dissatisfied or unable to continue due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to belkysbarrios@barriosfit.com within 14 days of the purchase date.
- You can reschedule the meeting by providing a notification 48 hours in advance through email or WhatsApp message. the session can be rescheduled within a week of the originally scheduled.
