All coaching and materials are available in Finnish, so you can choose the language that feels most comfortable for you. Please note that video calls and in-person meetings are conducted in English.
Do I need to go to a gym to follow your programs?
No! All programs include options for at-home or gym workouts. You can choose what fits your lifestyle and available equipment.
I’m not in great shape is this for beginners?
Yes! These programs are beginner-friendly and adaptable. Whether you’re just getting started or coming back after a break, I’ll meet you where you are.
How much time do I need each week?
Most workouts are 30–45 minutes, 3–4 times per week. You’ll also get guidance on staying active between sessions without adding stress.
Will I get a meal plan?
I don’t give restrictive meal plans instead, I’ll guide you through balanced, sustainable nutrition habits that work with your lifestyle (and no foods are off-limits!).
What results can I expect?
Clients typically experience more strength, better energy, and visible body composition changes within 8–12 weeks. Most importantly, you’ll build lasting habits.
What equipment do I need?
For home workouts, a pair of dumbbells and a resistance band are great. Gym workouts can be tailored based on your gym’s equipment.
How much support do I get during the program?
You’ll get weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and direct message support (based on your coaching tier). I’m here to keep you consistent and motivated. convince the visitor that you are a good fit for them.
Can I join if I have an injury or limitation?
Yes, as long as you’ve been cleared by your doctor. I’ll help modify the program so it supports your recovery and doesn’t cause further issues.
