If you live in Finland, all materials and coaching can be provided in Finnish or English — whatever feels more comfortable for you.
Do I need gym equipment?
No. I’ll build your plan based on what you have.
We can use dumbbells, resistance bands, or bodyweight or full gym equipment if available.
Is this for beginners?
Yes! I coach all levels. Whether you’re brand new or returning to training, your plan starts where you are and grows with you. Weekly Progress Reviews
Will this help with pain or stiffness?
Yes. Functional training improves joint mobility, core strength, and posture helping reduce common aches, especially in the lower back, hips, and shoulders.
How many days per week is the program?
Typically 3–4 sessions/week, but I’ll adjust it based on your schedule and recovery needs.
What’s the difference between this and regular strength training?
This program trains you to be strong and move well.
It’s not just about muscles it’s about building a body that functions better in daily life.
Payment: The payments are made through Paypal
- If you choose a payment plan: The Subscriber can cancel the subscription at any time. Once canceled, we’ll notify you right away and the subscriber won’t be charged further. Payments are made at the beginning of the billing cycle.
No refund policy:
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available to clients who have purchased our services but are dissatisfied or unable to continue due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to belkysbarrios@barriosfit.com within 14 days of the purchase date.
- You can reschedule the meeting by providing a notification 48 hours in advance through email or WhatsApp message. the session can be rescheduled within a week of the originally scheduled.
