Training volume is defined as the total amount of work and it is vitally important that there is controlled progress in order to reach the greatest benefits. 

With this program, we will optimize the total volume of work per muscle group to optimize your progress.

Frequency

Training frequency can also be defined as the number of times a muscle group is trained in a given period of time.

After concluding your initial assessment video call, anticipate receiving your personalized PDF and acess to the fitness app of the YesyouCan! fat lose program within 1-2 business days.

This comprehensive program includes detailed instructions, helpful guides, and essential tools tailored to assist you in reaching your fitness objectives.

Step 3


After receiving your program, your trainer will provide consistent motivation and support through one monthly video call.

Additionally, access to our private Facebook group offers a platform for questions, as well as a source of continual motivation and encouragement.

You can reschedule the meeting by providing a notification 48 hours in advance of your follow-up assessment meeting and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Follow-up assessment meetings not canceled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-up.

No, this program does not provide a structured meal plan. Instead, it provides food recipes with nutrition information, and your trainer will provide tools to help you achieve your goals.

Paymanet: The program is one month of coaching before sending the training program; the payment will need to be done in advance. However, there is no payment plan commitment attached to this program, and you have the option to decide if you wish to continue with the program.
